Learn Thai Massage United States
You can learn authentic and genuine traditional Thai Massage / Thai Yoga therapy in the United States and be legal to practice. Courses are in English and facilitated by Ajahn and recognized Master teachers and professors. Our programs are clinically and medically supervised, fully accredited, and qualify for college credit and C.E. hours for allied and medical professionals.
ACNM: Thai Yoga Center Prerequisite courses:
American College of Natural Medicine College Degree Program and Thai Yoga Center Certificate Courses require completing our 164-hour SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Practitioner certificate program as a prerequisite to being invited for further study.
The prerequisite certificate course establishes competency and standards of care and practice in our core modalities: SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Natural and Indigenous Native American Medicine. Additionally, the entry-level Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Yoga course lays out the legal guidelines and standards of practice established by our parent organization, the Native American Indigenous Church.
The prerequisite CTP1 course does two things. It establishes the foundation for practicing indigenous and traditional health and wellness counseling as a professional and clinician. It allows the student practitioner to become well versed in course life at our school to make a more informed decision as to whether to commit to the college, and two; it allows staff at ACNM to view the student over a short time in class and to determine if we think the student is a good fit for our intensive programs. If you as a student continue with enrollment in a degree program, then 100% of any tuition paid will be credited towards your degree tuition. If you decide, after completing the first certificate course, that you do not wish to continue, then you owe nothing further and walk away with a valid SomaVeda® Thai Yoga practitioner certificate from one of the most respected Traditional Thai Medical Massage and Thai Yoga Therapy programs of its kind in the world. A Win, Win!
